I know I said there may be a lot of sports on this blog because, well, my favorite pastime is drinking, and with drinking comes watching sports. And talking about sports. And possibly writing about sports.
But those of you who know me even just a little bit also know I have another favorite pastime: picking on people. And I really don’t discriminate. I pretty much will call things out even if I don’t know you. Or in this case, I’ll just make fun of idiot writers, which since I’m about to be unemployed and going by the title of freelance writer soon, that may include me some day in the future.
Today’s topic though is wishywashy. Don’t be wishywashy when writing. Take a stance on one side, not both. I think this chicka could use my analysis. If you read the third paragraph, you’ll see what I mean.
Oh, and damn it’s going to be hot.

No break in the heat is expected any time soon for metro Atlanta, said Glenn Burns, chief meteorologist for Channel 2 Action News.
The long-range, 30-day forecast shows more of the same weather: hot and humid, Burns said.
Rainfall amounts are expected to be either above or below average, depending on the tropical storm season, Burns said.
Highs this week are expected to remain in the middle 90s, with a chance of afternoon showers and storms, Burns said. The afternoon rain should diminish by Saturday, he said.
The low temperatures will dip to the middle 70s, Burns said.
